The transfer process can be legally applied to the trademark application, but it is not recommended. In case of any negative decision in the registration process, the new owner may lose this right.
The transfer of a business together with its assets and liabilities includes the transfer of trademarks belonging to the business, unless otherwise agreed. In other words, a person or organization that has transferred its business does not need to carry out trademark transfer transactions.
During the transfer of a registered trademark, if there are other trademarks of the same trademark or indistinguishably similar, same or similar goods or services that may mislead the public, these trademarks must also be transferred.
The trademark can be transferred for all or part of the goods or services for which it is registered. For partially transferred goods and / or services, a new trademark file is created in the name of the partial transferee and a new trademark registration certificate and trademark registration number, which includes the goods and / or services within the scope of the transfer, is given.

2. Drafting the trademark transfer agreement, providing guidance during the notary public transfer process.
3. Registration of the transfer to the Turkish Patent Institute (TPI) registry on behalf of the new right owner.
