Patent Incentives
The patent system in Turkey is organized in order to encourage increased national and international patents. It is generally covered by two institutions.
Tübitak Patent Incentives
The patent is granted at the time of application. (during / immediately after patent expenses)
KOSGEB Patent Incentives
The patent is granted after the certificate is obtained. (Much after the expenses)
Who Can Benefit From Tübitak Incentives?
• Turkish citizens
• companies in the territory of Turkey, in the nationality of Turkey
• University, public institutions and organizations

Incentives are paid in 3 parts.

A patent application can also benefit from incentives given at all stages.
KOSGEB Patent Incentives
It is given for applications made to the official patent offices of the Turkish Patent Institute or WIPO member countries.
It is given for the Patent, Utility Model, Industrial Design and Integrated Circuit Topographies that have received the registration certificate.
It is given for the Patent, Utility Model, Industrial Design and Integrated Circuit Topographies that have received the registration certificate.
