Patent Annual Fees
In patent and utility model applications, annual renewal fees must be paid during the protection period.
Annual fee must be paid based on the application date and the the due date. In cases where the annual fee is not paid, it is paid within six months with an additional fee. If the patent is not paid within the six-month period, the patent right will expire. If it is at the application stage, the application will be considered invalid.
